Identifying suitable rental properties based on your requirements, coordinate with landlords and real estate partner proposals. -Coordinate and prepare a personalised viewing schedule for up to 5 property viewings, accompany client to property viewings and providing transportation. -Review of rental documentation, support the property handover, prepare the état des lieux (state of the property report-not a practice in Slovenia but I recommend it to clients).

Relocation of personal belongings and shipments to Slovenia: - Arranging, coordinating and inquiring an offer from moving company for the shipment and door-to-door relocation of your goods. - Providing assistence and additional support outside of scope of relocation company.

Vehicles import & Registration process
Consultation on vehicle import process and contacting of local authorities and car dealers for finding out the requirements for importing your vehicles from your country to Slovenia before vehicle is shipped to Slovenia.
